2009-10 (Freshman): Named to the WCHA All-Academic Team ... Received UND's Most Improved Player Award ... Suited up for five games but did not make any appearances ... Was listed as UND's No. 2 goalie for both games at the Notre Dame Shillelagh Tournament (Jan. 2-3) ... Earned first letter.

Before UND: Did not play in 2008-09 ... Spent the 2007-08 season with the Bozeman Icedogs of the Northern Pacific Hockey League ... Appeared in 23 games and went 18-5-0 with a 2.53 goals against average and a .918 save percentage ... Ranked fourth in the league in save percentage and fifth in goals against average ... Tied for fifth in wins ... A 2007 graduate of Cherry Creek High School in Englewood, Colo. ... Played his high school hockey with Kent Denver School, also in Englewood ...
